The Potluck theme for today was Halloween. We enjoyed the celebration.
Using a paring knife - trim the dark green rind from a small seedless watermelon. Leave as much of the light green part of the rind as possible.
Cut a small piece off the bottom, to give the watermelon a flat surface to sit on.
Using a sharp knife, make cuts in the watermelon, creating a design to resemble a brain.
